To make things extra challenging we were overseas for a period of time too. We asked Anna Peacock to help us sell our family home in Kelburn in February 2016. We were relocating for work reasons and there was real time pressure. Anna met us within a day or so with an excellent marketing proposal and a clear vision for how we could best sell our house, on our terms, within time, and for a good price. Within a week the house was on the market, signs up, and beautiful photos taken.  During the three-week marketing campaign, Anna seemed to be endlessly available to take people through the house, but still respected the fact we had to live there. Anna also took the time to bring the auctioneer to meet us twice and answer any questions. By the time the auction rolled around, we felt that the house had excellent exposure to the market. On the day we felt well supported and were delighted with the end result which we have no doubt was due in large part to Anna’s efforts. The selling price was significantly better than what we had imagined as our “best case” scenario. We would (and already do) highly recommend Anna to others. She is personable, available, and knowledgeable. But perhaps most importantly for us, we felt we were not just another unit on her books. She was really committed to getting us the best price, and making the process as smooth as possible. She gave us as much of her time as we wanted in order to achieve those goals.
